When expressing interrest in a commission, I will add to the commission queue for the comission you are ordering for. You do not need to pay to get into the commission queue. The payment will be requested once I get to you.
If you wish to no longer commission me, ignore messages of me telling it´s your turn and other signs of disinterest, I will remove you from the queue.Process:
Before sending the payment, we´ll discuss your commission and what it entails. Please provide all the necessary references and information for it.
Once I have an overview and can set up a price, you´ll need to send the payment.
After sending the payment, I will start working on your artwork as soon as possible.
During the process, I will send you pictures of the artwork to see, if the illustration fits to your liking.
This is also a conformation which phase the artwork has reached.
When the artwork has reached the flatcolors stage or similar, backgrounds and the lineart can not be changed anymore.Refunds:
I will refund your order if requested by you.
These request have to be done by the account you have commissioned me with or one you have provided me as an alternative.
I will refund:
- 75 % during the sketching phase
- 50 % during the lineart and flat-color phase
- 25 % during the shading phase
Also the refunds will be in the Euros again.Sharing on my social media accounts:
When I completed your commission, I will assume, that you consent to me posting the commissioned artwork on my social media accounts.
Though I may still ask you, if you want it to be shared at which point you can express your objection.
This question however doesn´t have to be necessarily asked by me.
Thus it falls in your responsiblty to tell me, if you don´t want the artwork to be shared by me.
